The Sapphire QS-256/80 AAA printhead features 256 independent channels, arranged in a single row of nozzles at 100 dots-per-inch spacing.
It is designed to eject adjustable 80 to 200 picoliter drops in binary jetting mode or an 80-picoliter fundamental drop in grayscale mode with resolutions up to 450 dpi. This is done at a nominal 8-meter per second drop velocity when jetting fluids in the 10 to 14 centipoise range.
Features
- 80 picoliter nominal drop size - Resolutions up to 450 dpi - 256 individually addressable, inline nozzles - VersaDrop™ binary and grayscale jetting modes - Precise alignment features facilitate drop-in replacement - Lightweight with thin profile - Supports UV-curable, solvent, and aqueous-based inks - Integral temperature sensor - Dual-ported with minimal wetted surface area - OEM accessible non-volatile memory area for tracking purposes
The Hitachi / Ricoh GEN3E1 (MH1801/1901) printhead is designed for the HP Scitex Turbojet printers. It is a compact, yet robust printhead for fast speed and high quality printing with an isolated ink-chamber design and an all metal construction for industrial applications.
The Konica Minolta KM1024 LN print head is a robust, shear mode, piezo on-demand print head that is usable in both binary and 8 level greyscale mode, providing variable drop size and higher print quality without the use of additional print heads.
The Konica Minolta KM1024 MH print head is a robust, shear mode, piezo on-demand print head that is usable in both binary and 8 level greyscale mode, providing variable drop size and higher print quality without the use of additional print heads.
